Breathe Easy - Essential Oil Cold Blend

This essential oil blend has antiviral and immune-stimulating properties that will help ease the effects of flu and the common cold.
Treat the respiratory system through inhalation, either using steam inhalation or simply placing a few drops on a tissue and keeping it under your pillow. Add a few drops to a warm bath and whilst relaxing breath in the scent of the oils to help clear your nasal passages. Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner to fill the room with soothing vapours, which will help ease a cough and clear congestions. Add a few drops to a carrier oil and massage into the chest, back and bottom of feet, or put a few drops in a spray bottle with water and spritz over any room in the house to freshen the air and help relieve congestion.
